‘Next Steps’ Program
Next Steps is a safe, supportive group exercise program for those looking to take the next steps on their road to recovery.
Held over ten weeks, each one-hour session aims to help individuals regain their strength and energy after breast cancer.
The program combines the best Pilates, yoga and cardiovascular exercises for a workout that is specifically designed to help rebuild resilience, flexibility and stamina.
Who will deliver the program?
Delivered by Kate Perkins, a certified PINC & STEEL Cancer Rehab Occupational Therapist, the program is suitable after any type of cancer surgery or treatment and accommodates all ages, fitness levels and mobility.
